About the project

Behind the Blinds is a refreshing self-published biannual magazine that reflects on contemporary aesthetics in fashion and the visual arts. Launched by a fashion designer from Brussels Michael Marson, the publication gives a personal look to fashion, photography, music, architecture, etc. The idea for the publication grew out from the love for fashion photography. Following their own authentic path, the international collective of stylists, photographers, writers and artists brings newly commissioned editorials and portfolios alongside a selection of archival contributions. The creators are given carte blanche to reflect on the world of art and lets us to take a peek at it behind the blinds.
